I eat virtually every meal in a restaurant, usually in a business context. Coming from Boston, many of these involve seafood. From my one dining experience, Salty's is simply a superbly run restaurant. The transition from bar to table was flawless, the service (Marti) was truly extraordinary, the food quite good, and the price reasonable. The owner, founder of the Red Robin hamburger chain, whom I have never met, has a long history in the food business and is very well regarded by the people that I know who know him personally While my experience may of course have been unusual, I think that Salty's is an exceptional dining experience.
